To achieve the main purpose of Foulad Fam Co., improving the quality of the products and services, increasing the customers’ satisfaction/ interested parties satisfaction , it has been audited based on ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949 by IMQ and received ISO9001:2015 as the Quality Management System’s certificate and IATF16949 as the Automotive QMS Standard.
In the past years, Foulad Fam had received the previous version of these certificates, ISO9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009, and has been adopting itself with the updated editions empowered us to shift to the new system.
Automotive Industry, as a leading industry in the world, has customer requirements with increasing the expectations as well as specific National and International Standards. IATF 16949 includes all of ISO9001 requirements beside the specific requirements of automotive industry and customer specific requirements (such as automotive manufacturers).
ISO9001 standard based on process approach and continual improvement logic focuses on quality management and helps the organization to achieve the new opportunities in the competitive world. Nowadays, receiving the ISO 9001 certificates shows the organizations’ commitment against their customers regarding the quality and its improvement which is done by corrective processes and continual improvement.

IMQ has audited head office and 2 sites of Foulad Fam Co. in Hashtgered and Shamsabad during 2 days, then the current system was confirmed by them and we were advised to IMQ in Milan certification.
