Foulad Fam Company with the aim of attracting more customer satisfaction, improving quality and reducing costs, has constructed an electrostatic powder paint line in accordance with the plan of Gema Swiss Company that the construction of the equipment has already been completed and in the near future, with the complete installation of the lines, its operation will begin.
The electrostatic powder coating line being set up includes below sections:
— Washing and phosphate Salon
— U shaped tunnel dryer sandwich panel
— MRS automatic paint cabin with paint spraying robot
— Paint suction cyclone section, model ZWZ 1750 for collecting and recycling paint
— Tunnel paint Furnace and sandwich panel with a thickness of 160 mm, model 4, M-shaped pass
— Monorail conveyor model MP35 Fronic Italian design with a length of 145 meters.
By launching this line, an effective step will be taken to improve the quality of the covered parts and consequently, it will reduce the fuel consumption and preserve the environment and increase efficiency.
