The new electrostatic powder painting line of shams Abad factory was opened in August of 1401 with the presence of shareholders of the board of directors and personnel of Foulad Fam Company.
The new powder painting line includes below sections:
- Washing and foundation
- Industrial furnace ) Industrial drying oven(
- Cabin and spraying robots
- Paint spraying nozzle
- Paint baking oven
- Monorail conveyor
- Electric panel and control circuit
Also the following items can be mentioned among features of new color line:
- Capacity : 5,000,000 parts a year
- Speed : 2 – 4 miters in a minute
- Conveyor length : 160 miters
- Number of cyclone : 4 devices
The investment has been made in order to maintain the quality advantage and create value for the customers and develop the existing capacities.
